Mikayla Zazon is the founder of the #normalizenormalbodies movement, co-owner of The Rose Retreats, and owner of Health Undefined.After surviving multiple eating disorders, trauma, and an abusive relationship, Mik knows what it’s like to feel like you don’t belong in your own skin.

Now she shares her journey to help women find the courage to speak their truth and learn to love themselves and feel confidence in their bodies, around food, and exercise. We are so excited to have Mik to join us for this conference and for all of you to learn from her.

Gabby is a health coach, content creator, and self-love junkie who helps womxn ditch dieting and learn to feel empowered in their bodies. Her mission is to educate the world about health in more ways than just food and fitness.

ASHLEY FREEBORN:

Pioneering the Romper Revolution, Ashley is Co-Founder and CEO of Smash + Tess. She oversees everything from designing to financial planning to dreaming up fun and creative marketing campaigns. Under her direction, S+T has grown exponentially in revenue and transnationally in market share and public notoriety. 

Passionate about creating clothing that celebrates femininity, strength, style, and comfort in women of all shapes and sizes, Ashley is also committed to giving back.
S+T has spearheaded several charitable endeavours, raising tens of thousands for dollars for various relief funds, BC Women’s Hospital, and the Alliance of Moms.

Ashley recently published her first children’s book, Frankie and the Magical Romper, now on sale at Chapters Indigo. Business in Vancouver named her to their 2019 Top Forty Under 40, and the CANIE BC Region chose her as their 2020 Entrepreneur of the Year.
