[00:00:00] Danielle: Hello everyone. Welcome back to the podcast. I am really excited for today's episode. I'm gonna be going over just a business update for you, just kind of an overarching where we're at in the business, what is happening, what are all the things that we're doing, how are we marketing, how are we providing value for our community?
[00:00:23] Danielle: And I hope. Episode really inspires you. I'm gonna kind of pull the curtain back so you can get kind of a behind the scenes look at what we're working on and what we're doing as a brand and as a business. I think sometimes it's really helpful to hear kind of the strategy and just behind the scenes of what's going on in people's businesses, and I always find that really interesting myself.
[00:00:44] Danielle: So I thought, why not take you behind the scenes? Why not give you a little sneak peek into business Babes Collect. What we're doing, what you can get really excited for, and all of those fun things. So without further ado, let's get started. [00:01:00] Welcome to the Business Babes Collective podcast. The ways that we are creating opportunities for you as a community. So number one is creating opportunities for connection and collaboration.
[00:03:29] Danielle: Number two is creating opportunities for education, growth and exposure for your business. And then number three is creating opportunities for actually scaling your brand in a sustainable way. And this one is really important to me because I have experienced, personally, I have experienced burnout in my journey of entrepreneurship and.
[00:03:51] Danielle: You know, unfortunately I have also experienced neglecting some of my other priorities in my life, and so I really in this podcast want [00:04:00] to share with you that you do not have to neglect the other priorities in your life. To be able to build a successful, thriving business? Will you have to work hard?
[00:04:11] Danielle: Will you have to be dedicated? Will you have to be disciplined? Yes, a hundred percent, absolutely. However, I know so many of you are, you have families, you are a mom, you're a wife. Maybe you're involved in other organizations that you're passionate about, um, maybe you are really focused on your health and you know, getting outside into nature and hiking, whatever that.
[00:04:34] Danielle: Super important to you, or maybe you're super involved in your church or a nonprofit that you volunteer for. All of these things are so, so good, and I want you to know, and I want to share with you on this podcast specifically how your business can actually support your lifestyle and how your business can support you in all of the things that you wanna do rather.
[00:04:58] Danielle: Neglecting all of the [00:05:00] things that you are passionate about in order to pursue your business. So that is something that I am really passionate about. And so teaching and sharing information and even sharing other people's journeys that really are in line with that is super important to me. And one of the things that I really want to focus on this.
[00:05:19] Danielle: and this is something really that we've been focused on, I would say for the past few years, is really going deep with our relationships rather than wide. Um, we do have some really, really, really big goals, um, as far as community growth goals and revenue goals, however, I know now that the way to do that is not by trying to reach the masses.
[00:05:48] Danielle: It's actually going deep on specific collaborations, strategic partnerships, and. Really building those strong connections with [00:06:00] other entrepreneurs and with other people who I admire, who share values and creating those win-win scenarios so that we can all grow together. [00:06:39] Danielle: Okay, so. , let's talk about the strategic ways that we are actually delivering that content to you and actually serving you as a community. Because I think sometimes it's helpful to know, okay, what are all the things that a business is currently doing, um, to. . Either the products and services that they're offering [00:07:00] or the ways they're reaching our community.
[00:07:01] Danielle: So number one is the podcast, right? This is an incredible way that we are able to communicate together, that we are able to build a relationship and connect with one another on this way. You know, I think it's so cool. I love listening to podcasts cause I feel like it's so intimate. You might. Driving right now.
[00:07:20] Danielle: You might be washing the dishes, you might be on a walk with your baby, you might be working out whatever you're doing, but you're tuning into the podcast and you know, we are able to have this back and forth conversation. And you know, truly I do want it to be back and forth, which is why I always say, Hey, come DM me on in.
[00:07:38] Danielle: Instagram and come share with me what you got out of this episode. Cause I do want to have a relationship with you. And so I think it's really cool that we get to do that on this podcast. And it can be this intimate way to get to know one another. But you know, the, the purpose of the podcast is really to bring you incredible value, both.
[00:07:57] Danielle: You know, workshops, type [00:08:00] episodes and strategic episodes that are going to teach you how simple strategies on how to grow and scale your business. And then also bringing on inspiring guests where they can share their stories. And so really I want this, this podcast to be a mix of inspiration, tactical.
[00:08:20] Danielle: Um, strategic action taking action oriented content as well. Uh, and then also just updates on what are we doing, what are we testing, what are we working on in the business, and how can you actually translate that and how can you take that inspiration and implement it into your own business as well? So that's the podcast.
[00:08:43] Danielle: We also are serving our community through events, both virtual and in-person events. And this is how we are creating the opportunity for both education, inspiration, but then also connection. And that's a really, really important part. [00:09:00] This is the best ways. That you as a business owner can actually connect and network with other like-minded women entrepreneurs, people who are dreaming just as big or potentially even bigger than you.
[00:09:17] Danielle: Getting in those rooms, whether that be virtual or in per in person, are so, so important for me. Attending events, whether that be retreats or masterminds, or conferences or workshops or. Virtual conferences or events. That has been one of the most incredible experiences for me to be able to see real growth in my business because I get to connect and network with people who are not only dreaming big, but they're also.
[00:09:52] Danielle: Going through some of the same things that I'm going through, and so we can share value with one another and it's just such a powerful way [00:10:00] to grow and connect. Okay. The next way is through our Signature Business Program and Community Action Takers Club, which is where we have monthly networking parties, they're all virtual.
[00:10:12] Danielle: We have, um, monthly group coaching as well, and we also have. Signature Method, which is basically a self-study program called the Profitable Entrepreneur Method, and this really sets you up and sets your business up for success when it comes to understanding your mission, your vision, your ideal clients, how to attract them.
[00:10:32] Danielle: We go into collaborations. Your schedule, how to prioritize the things that are actually gonna make a difference for you in your business. And so we go through all of that in Action Takers Club. So that's really usually a place where people start, um, when they're looking to get involved in our community.
[00:10:50] Danielle: Usually the first place that they go to is Action Takers Club, because then you're really a part of this amazing community. We have a private Facebook group, and it's really a [00:11:00] cool way to get to know other entrepreneurs and to experience growth in your own business. And then we have our Mastermind. So our mastermind is our high level community of entrepreneurs, and these are business owners who are truly now scaling their business.
[00:11:14] Danielle: They've already really figured out the fundamentals they've monetized, and now they're ready to get that. Incredible next level growth, whether that be more exposure or you know, being able to scale their revenue. We have people who are building passive income streams into their business models or people who are really successful in their current businesses and they're looking to actually pivot into new business opportunities as well.
[00:11:38] Danielle: And then some people are scaling to be able to fund their companies. Um, and it's just such an incredible group of really brilliant women. Like I. Am so incredibly inspired by each and every member that we have a part of our mastermind. And also just how they come together to support one another is [00:12:00] truly like nothing I've seen before.
[00:12:02] Danielle: Like people are cheering each other on, people are giving advice and feedback to one another. Uh, we have a private foxer chat where we keep in touch throughout the weeks. It's just incredible to see, um, what happens within. That Mastermind and then also I do private one-on-one coaching as well, and this is really cool.
[00:12:22] Danielle: This is where I get to deep dive into really supporting and strategizing and helping my clients reach new audiences. Uh, most of our conversations really come down to, okay, who can we connect with? Who can we collaborate with? How can we gain this massive exposure for your business by collaborating and partnering with other like-minded communities and entrepreneurs?
[00:12:45] Danielle: And so we talk about that, creating those relationships, building those connections, pitching yourself as well. And we also talk a lot about. Because I think events is one of the best ways to get in front of new audiences, and so we, [00:13:00] I love to strategize with my clients on that. So all of these offers, all of these ways that we support our community currently.
[00:13:10] Danielle: All of these ways are going to be evolving and growing over the next year in a really amazing and great way. We are always looking to improve each and every aspect of our business and how we are serving our community. And so with that, our pricing is also going to be. Going up. And so I wanted to share that with you because I'm actually gonna do another episode about raising your pricing because it, I think it's something that we all, you know, second guess or we question, we figure is this the right decision?
[00:13:42] Danielle: But I think as we grow and as we expand, um, we also need to make sure that the price point of our products is at the right level for the value that we're providing, as well as how we are growing and scaling our businesses as well. So in [00:14:00] saying that, the reason I wanted to share that so authentically and publicly on the podcast is because if you've been humming or hawing or you know, on the.
[00:14:09] Danielle: Um, for some of the offers that we have, whether it be Action Takers Club, the Mastermind coaching, I highly recommend you jump in now because the prices will be going up, and especially for the one-on-one coaching, I will have very, very, very limited capacity, um, because we have a baby. on the way, as some of you already know.
[00:14:31] Danielle: So I would absolutely love to work with you one-on-one. So now I wanna talk a little bit, I wanna pivot and talk a little bit about. W I talked about the opportunities that we have inside of the business on, you know, how we are offering value to our community.
[00:15:15] Danielle: But let me talk a little bit as well about what it looks like as far as growth and marketing, all of those things. Cuz you might be thinking. For my business. Maybe you have a service or a product-based business, or maybe you are also building some passive income streams in your own business, and you're thinking, how do I grow, like how do I scale?
[00:15:38] Danielle: How do I get more eyes, more of the right people. , um, on my website, on my sales page, how do I get more eyeballs on what I'm doing so that I can actually gain new clients and customers and grow and scale my revenue, my community, my business? So for us, again, something I [00:16:00] mentioned before is most of what we do is truly through relationships, through collaborations and through partnerships.
[00:16:08] Danielle: I know I talk about this all the time. , but I will talk about it and again and again and again because this is our number one way that we are actually able to get in front of new audiences. So let me kind of share a little bit about what that looks like tangibly. So number one is being a guest on other people's podcasts.
[00:16:27] Danielle: That is a really incredible way that, um, we're able to really get in front of. Audience of people who are our ideal clients and who might be interested in connecting with us and potentially starting to listen to this podcast. I know a lot of you actually that listen to this podcast have found us from other podcasts as well.
[00:16:48] Danielle: Also being a speaker at other events, and that is a really great way getting in front of other communities and other events and bringing value to those communities as well. [00:17:00] And then hosting our own events. This. Probably the biggest way that we are actually able to not only get in front of new audiences, but also be able to grow our email list and grow our community very quickly.
[00:17:14] Danielle: And so, , that is a huge way. And then cross promotion strategies with other aligned businesses. Again, I could go on a huge tangent on that, but I'll just leave it at that. Uh, you've heard me talk about it on the podcast before. So that could be a email list swap, that could be a social media collaboration, that could be, uh, more long-term partnership strategy, whether that be affiliate marketing or uh, referral market.
[00:17:40] Danielle: There's a lot to kind of go over there, but I'll just leave it at that and we can dive in another time. And then also our email list. And like I said, the fastest way that we have been able to grow our email list is really tied to collaborations and events and. I, we don't have time to go into that so [00:18:00] much on this episode, but I'm actually gonna be doing a whole episode on email list strategies, email list growth, so stay tuned for that and I'm excited to dive in with you on that.
[00:18:12] Danielle: But that is pretty much it. We also, of course, are on social media. We're on Instagram, and uh, we're doing that however, We don't have actually any strategic growth numbers that we are trying to hit as far as scaling our social media accounts. Um, really for us right now, the importance for us is just to scale our email list because that is really where we feel like we can make the biggest impact and also create the best result as well.
