  • Write down all of the good things that are happening in your life and your business, things you're thankful for:

    • Business-related going well: a client, customer review, new connections, accomplishments, what’s coming up that you’re excited for

    • Life-related: relaxing time off, reading, podcasts, weather, friends, family, access to food and water, etc

  • List your skills in life and/or business.

  • What do others say about you and compliment you on?

  • Write down your accomplishments.

  • Reflect on all of the things you’ve written down.

  • Express gratitude.

  • Put this list where you see it often!
