Embracing Multiple Passions

Hannah describes herself as a multi-passionate entrepreneur. She manages three brands: consulting, community and networking, and a photo and event space called Hudson Studio. Hannah's ability to pursue multiple ventures stems from her nature as a manifesting generator, allowing her to thrive by engaging in various projects simultaneously.

Purposeful Brand Separation

To strategically grow her business, Hannah decided to separate her various brands and give each one a distinct identity. This decision enabled her to focus on her vision of redefining the way people live and work. The brands operate under the same concept, serving lifestyle brands, empowering women entrepreneurs, and offering event hosting opportunities.

Team Structure and Autonomy

Hannah has cultivated a self-sufficient team that operates in dedicated pods. Each team member focuses on specific brands while maintaining a collaborative environment. This structure allows for efficient support across brands, with Hannah's involvement primarily focused on client-facing and leadership aspects.

Carving Out Time for Growth

Hannah emphasizes the importance of setting aside dedicated time for creative projects and collaborations. She practices "CEO weeks" where she reduces client calls and focuses on growth-oriented tasks. This think-time enables her to work on her business rather than just in her business, promoting continuous growth and expansion.

Collaboration Over Competition

Hannah emphasizes the power of authentic relationships and collaboration in entrepreneurship. She believes that collaborating with like-minded entrepreneurs, even those in similar industries, can lead to tremendous opportunities. Building a strong network and engaging in intentional conversations can yield impactful results, proving that collaboration trumps competition.

Hannah’s entrepreneurial journey showcases the power of embracing multiple passions, strategic brand separation, and fostering collaborative relationships. By dedicating time to work on the business, nurturing a self-sufficient team, and embracing collaboration, entrepreneurs can unlock growth and expand their impact in the entrepreneurial space.

[00:02:54] Welcome, Hannah, to the Business Babes Collective podcast. I'm super excited to have you here today. [00:03:00]

[00:03:00] Hannah Nieves: Thank you so much for giving me on this incredible podcast on a Friday. I just appreciate you so much.

[00:03:05] Danielle Wiebe: I'm so excited. So let's go ahead and dive in. I would love for you to share with our listeners a little bit more about who you are, your business, and all the different things that you do within the entrepreneurial space, cause I know it's a lot of exciting.

[00:03:19] Hannah Nieves: So many things.

[00:03:19] Danielle Wiebe: So tell us, tell us all of the things.

[00:03:22] Hannah Nieves: Yeah. So I would consider myself a multi-passionate entrepreneur. You know, we have three brands. Um, so we have consulting, full service done for you branding marketing and pr. We have HN House, which is our community and network where we host events and masterminds and retreats. And then we have this Hudson Studio, which is the Hudson Valley's first photo and event space, which is really fun.

[00:03:45] I basically started out in the corporate real estate arena, Went from that to California Closets where I was director of marketing. So came from the corporate arena, packaged up all of that experience in marketing, in branding, in PR, and brought it to the small [00:04:00] business and startup space. And fast forward a few years and here we are.

[00:04:03] Danielle Wiebe: Amazing. So cool. So can you dive into kind of each of those things? I know you kind of like mentioned a little bit, but can you give us a little bit more detail on what those businesses do and do you work with different types of businesses depending on the brand?

[00:04:19] And what does that look like, especially for your team? Like, is it challenging to run a business where there's so many different aspects and potentially different ideal clients? Tell us about that. Cause I'm very curious.

[00:04:31] Hannah Nieves: Oh yes. It's, you know, it's interesting because when we first started the company, it, everything was under my name. So the consulting, the community, the coaching was all under Hannah Nieves. And then when, you know, this was actually end of last year, end of 2021, I came up with not this idea, but I had this epiphany of like, okay, this is where we're actually going. In order for us to get there, I have to separate them out.

[00:04:53] So separated them out and at the same time, found the studio was working on construction and the renovation of it with my [00:05:00] husband. And uh, I'm not gonna lie, it is a lot. It's a lot. But I thrive. I'm also manifesting generators, so I can't just do one thing. I have to, to do multiple things. But you know, each brand has its own purpose. But really it's umbrellaed underneath this whole concept of redefining the way that we live and work.

[00:05:18] That's my goal, especially now with everything with the pandemic and covid, like we've had to really look at the way that we work, the way that we live, and it's not so much anymore about this balance, it's this integration, right? So whether at HN consulting, we're working with these lifestyle brands that are changing the way that we live and we work, right?

[00:05:39] And we're supporting them in their missions. Or it's HN House where we're helping other women do this for their businesses. And we've worked with over 500 people in the last three years, which is pretty incredible. Not including the people we support all year round on our communities, but it's all underneath this core concept.

[00:05:57] And then, um, this Hudson studio [00:06:00] was the embodiment of everything. So we kind of took it in person and now we're able to host events for our other brands. But now we're able to allow people to host their own events, host their own brand shoots at our studio, which is just incredible to see.

[00:06:14] Team structure is actually, I'm glad you asked this question, because a lot of people, you know, come to me and say, I wanna open up a brick and mortar, I wanna do multiple things, which, So fun. But you almost have to be very methodical when you're thinking about these brands. Right? You know, for me, I'm also an Enneagram one. I love structure and systems and it just works well for my brain. And we have our team almost like set up in pods in a way.

[00:06:40] So each person has like a dedicated focus. We might touch different brands, but we know that we have a team, like a pod working in a team environment. So every brand gets their own support. Um, and that's been working really great since we started.

[00:06:57] Danielle Wiebe: That's awesome. Yeah, because when you [00:07:00] think about like all the different moving parts of running a business, and obviously when you just get started and you are doing everything Under the sun by yourself, and then you start to bring other, whether it be contractors on or potentially employees, then you start to have this vision kind of grow and it becomes so much bigger than yourself.

[00:07:20] Like you said, you know, you were your personal brand and then you're expanding to all these different brands, and what have been some of the challenges as far as growth with these brands? Because there's so many different aspects of what you do. Like do you have certain days of the week where you like focus on one brand or does it kind of filter into each day? I'm so curious how that works for you as the ceo. And do you have different meetings with the different pods of

[00:07:54] Hannah Nieves: mm-hmm.

[00:07:55] Danielle Wiebe: you know, your team? I would, I would be so interested to learn more about that.

[00:07:59] Hannah Nieves: So this is an [00:08:00] area I, I feel like every day I'm always growing in and I'm like editing, refining, tweaking, testing new things. Um, one of the things that we started doing over a year, oh my goodness, over a year ago, year and a half ago, um, was doing CEO weeks. Now, this doesn't mean that I don't take any client calls at all. I might just have a reduced amount of calls with clients, but it allows me to work on those creative projects.

[00:08:21] But typically Monday through Thursday, Mondays are kind of the entry point to the week. A lot of sales consultations touch base with the team, where are we with projects as we kick off? Tuesday through Thursdays are typically, um, heavy with client workload, so I am in the weeds in my client's businesses, working with clients. And then Fridays are typically reserved for these types of collaboration opportunities and catch up and more of the creative projects with HN.

[00:08:49] So right now that's the flow of the week. But as we're actually in the midst of making two new hires right now, which is like pretty incredible too cause it's gonna help us expand even more. But each team member, believe it or [00:09:00] not, is so self-sufficient. It's really, they come to me and say, Hey, this is what's been done, this is what I need from you. And at this point too, our team is just so sufficient where it's, I don't have to be as heavily involved in the day to day of the internal, as much as you'd think.

[00:09:18] Danielle Wiebe: Right.

[00:09:18] Hannah Nieves: But that's also from just cultivating this team over the last few.

[00:09:22] Danielle Wiebe: Yeah. Yeah. And, and training them in a way probably that allows them to be individual and allows them to kind of take ownership of their role. Right?

[00:09:34] Hannah Nieves: Always. It's so funny because our Instagram accounts that we have for this Hudson studio and our consulting page. I have no idea what the content calendars look like. I just see it go up on social media.

[00:09:44] Danielle Wiebe: I love that.

[00:09:45] Hannah Nieves: But you know, it's one of those things that, you know, especially with team culture, um, you know, you really have to release the reigns to them. And I think that's one thing I tell my team. I say, Listen, you know, I'm on the front facing with clients, right? Like, I'm here to support our clients. I wanna be, I wanna be talking to our [00:10:00] clients every day. And when it comes to our internal projects as well, of course I take the lead in the direction and the vision of where we're going, but I give you creative reign to decide how we're executing. And that's worked out really, really well.

[00:10:13] Danielle Wiebe: So cool, So cool. I love too, that you talked about having those days or having those times carved out for collaborating with, you know

[00:10:23] Hannah Nieves: mm-hmm.

[00:10:23] Danielle Wiebe: other, other opportunities that you can have to kind of get your brand out there. And I know that you're really passionate about PR and marketing and that's how sometimes you help your clients as well. So can you dive more into that? Like why is it important that we as entrepreneurs, Are not just working in the business but also working on the business and working on like the growth side of things.

[00:10:45] Um, so that we can kind of get in front of more people and make sure that we're always growing, expanding, and getting more leads for our business. Cuz ideally, right, we're always in growth mode and we're always getting more potential clients or [00:11:00] customers to our business.

[00:11:01] Hannah Nieves: Mm-hmm.

[00:11:02] Danielle Wiebe: but a lot of people feel like they almost don't have time for that piece because they're so busy doing the actual business part.

[00:11:08] Hannah Nieves: Yeah.

[00:11:09] Danielle Wiebe: So, and, and I love that you carve out a day for that. I think that's really great.

[00:11:13] Hannah Nieves: Mm-hmm.

[00:11:14] Danielle Wiebe: Yeah.

[00:11:14] Hannah Nieves: And it's one of those things I, you know, I never sugarcoat, right? Like there's some weeks where you're in the thick of it. And you, you know, you're gonna be, you know, more focused on say, client work or if you're working in a coaching capacity, working with clients or in the thick and the weeds here.

[00:11:30] But you know, really, and I just talked about this on our mastermind call, it is so powerful to have that think time. We just talked about this and we had a literally entire conversation on leadership. And as leaders we are holding the vision, but we can't think about that if we're always in the weeds of everything.

[00:11:47] So it really is so important to have that day. And maybe for you right now, if you're listening in, it might not be an entire day, but maybe it's an hour a day. Maybe you can commit to one hour a day that you can really get grounded work on your business. For [00:12:00] me, I love Fridays. Fridays are my day for that too, because usually clients are a lot quieter, people are, you know, starting the weekend.

[00:12:07] But I also love, I know for some people that don't work on the weekends, but like for me, Sundays are like my dream days. That's where I'm journaling the most. I really get clarity on of the direction of things, just because I am quiet and one with myself, and I think you really have to find your own rhythm and flow, but it's so important because what happens?

[00:12:25] Then you're working in your client's businesses this entire time, not marketing yourself, and then client contracts or containers end, and then you're sitting there wait, saying, Hey, I haven't marketed my business in eight months. What am I doing?

[00:12:39] Danielle Wiebe: right? Yeah. And then it becomes this desperate, Okay, I need a new client now, or I need new customers now. And yeah, we have both service and product based entrepreneurs in our community. And I know even like for some of the product based, you know, they're actually making their products, right.

[00:12:57] And so like that's part of it too. I'm super passionate [00:13:00] about collaborations. Like I could go on forever about that because I think it's so key. And I would love to hear your thoughts on, on collaborations and on like working with other business owners that are in like-minded industries.

[00:13:13] Hannah Nieves: Mm-hmm.

[00:13:13] Danielle Wiebe: and how that can help you to grow. Because I think a lot of people think of people in the same industries as almost like competition or, you know, we can't work together because we're, you know, doing similar things. But what I would love to hear your thoughts on that. Like what has working with other entrepreneurs that maybe are at the level that you're at and being able to collaborate or work together or cross promote, what has that been able to do for your business?

[00:13:43] Hannah Nieves: Oh, I'm glad you asked this question because I always tell people, you can't live on an island in entrepreneurship, right? And so many opportunities have come from building authentic relationships, having conversations just [00:14:00] like this, and it grinds my gears when I hear people say, Oh, well they're doing the same thing as me. That doesn't matter. You can have a really intentional and impactful conversation with someone that does the same exact thing as you.

[00:14:12] So I think that's a big piece too. And you know, when it comes back to your network, right? It really is so powerful for your net worth at the end of the day, right? Collaborations getting in front of a new audience is you never know who's gonna be able to introduce you to someone, right?

[00:14:28] Danielle Wiebe: Mm-hmm.

[00:14:29] Hannah Nieves: that's so powerful. Like one of my friends who's coming to speak in my mastermind. Um, we became, you know, good friends. He introduced me to a speaking engagement. This was, um, like three years ago now. Introduced me to a speaking engagement that kicked off the speak engagements I started to do, right? So it's like you never know where these conversations and these collaborations are gonna lead you, but I think too, I'll, I'll kind of leave you with it that, you can't go into them with what's in it for me?

[00:14:54] Danielle Wiebe: Mm-hmm.

[00:14:55] Hannah Nieves: And I think that's where people get really tripped up, is they go into these collaboration opportunities thinking, how can I [00:15:00] gain something from this?

[00:15:01] Danielle Wiebe: Right.

[00:15:01] Hannah Nieves: But it's really like, and you can tell within two seconds if someone's coming to you saying, you know, or indirectly wanting something from you.

[00:15:10] Danielle Wiebe: Yeah.

[00:15:10] Hannah Nieves: But when you intentionally follow up with people, be of value to someone right? And actually care about them, they will go out of their way to help you, which I love.

[00:15:23] Danielle Wiebe: So good. And I, I love that you said that, the mindset around it, and I think it is such a mindset shift.

[00:15:30] Hannah Nieves: Mm-hmm.

[00:15:31] Danielle Wiebe: making that, as an entrepreneur of, like, I feel like I'm in a place right now where I'm, I don't really consider anyone else my competition because I know we're all so unique,

[00:15:42] Hannah Nieves: Same,

[00:15:42] Danielle Wiebe: and we all bring so such a unique perspective and value to our audiences and we're all doing things in a very different way. And so I just think like, well, how can we support one another? How can we build off of each other? And like you said, like how cool is it [00:16:00] that we can have these conversations that are beneficial? And like a collaboration, for example, like podcasting or even whether it be maybe social media or hosting an event together, whatever that might be like. It's benefiting everyone.

[00:16:16] And I love that you said how can you bring value to, to the opportunity? And go out of your way to help someone else? Because that's just going to bring so many other opportunities to you as well. So I love that. So good.

[00:16:33] Hannah Nieves: Mm-hmm.

[00:16:34] Danielle Wiebe: Okay. I wanna talk a little bit, we're gonna switch gears a little bit here. I would love to talk about you opening up your brick and mortar, because that is like so much different than the things that you did before. So tell me about that process, because you started with your online business, correct? And building that up and then opening up a brick and mortar. And I think that's pretty recent, correct?

[00:16:56] Hannah Nieves: Yes. We just opened in March, which is pretty wild.

[00:16:59] Danielle Wiebe: Okay, amazing. [00:17:00] Well congratulations.

[00:17:01] Hannah Nieves: Thank you. It's, you know, exciting, interesting because, so I came from the real estate world before this and you know, the interior design realm and, interior design spaces real estate is my arena. Like I love it. It's an area I'm, you know, my husband and I are growing in, and for me more specifically, I always knew there was going to be something tangible that I could like, touch and feel. I just didn't know exactly like what it was gonna look like and, you know, I really wanted to also create this lifestyle element to what we do.

[00:17:32] So for us, at the time it was, I was always schlepping to New York City from the Hudson Valley, which if you're not familiar, can be a process of bringing all your things for brand shoots. And we moved back to the Hudson Valley. I said, You know, I don't wanna be traveling anymore to go do this. Like I need to create this here. So there was no, and also, There was no place for entrepreneurs in the Hudson Valley to get together, right?

[00:17:54] Danielle Wiebe: Mm-hmm.

[00:17:55] Hannah Nieves: and if you're not familiar, the Hudson Valley is north of New York City along the Hudson River, [00:18:00] and a few years ago, it was a place where everyone was leaving, right? Because everyone's going to New York City. Now with the pandemic, everyone's moving back. So we have so many startup companies and brands and new restaurants opening, and it's just a beautiful place to be. So I wanted this place to be able to bring all these really cool people together.

[00:18:21] Danielle Wiebe: Yeah.

[00:18:21] Hannah Nieves: So I ended up seeing the space and as soon as I walked in, my husband looked at me and he's like, Not again, and I was like, This is it. Sign the lease. We started construction in top of December and we completed it by February 4th, which was for a photo shoot. So we moved.

[00:18:38] Danielle Wiebe: Wow.

[00:18:39] Hannah Nieves: And we opened it up in March and it's been so incredible just to see like what the people create in the studio, but also we hosted our first event there as well, and we had a hundred people between Virtual and live attend, and it was just so powerful and a lot of them were local people too, so.

[00:18:57] Danielle Wiebe: Wow. So special. Oh my goodness.

[00:18:58] Hannah Nieves: It's just, it's awesome. It's amazing. [00:19:00] Yeah.

[00:19:00] Danielle Wiebe: That is so cool. Okay, so a couple things you said, first of all, wow, for the turnaround time, my husband's an architect, so I understand that like nothing gets done within that timeframe, so.

[00:19:11] Hannah Nieves: Mm-hmm.

[00:19:11] Danielle Wiebe: I'm like, good job.

[00:19:14] Hannah Nieves: Oh yeah. We worked until 9:00 PM every night. My husband and I, he's in construction, so that actually,

[00:19:19] Danielle Wiebe: Okay.

[00:19:19] Hannah Nieves: That helps so much. Going to home deep, um, carrying like, you know, pieces of drywall here, like helping him get it in and everything. But it was hysterical, but we did it

[00:19:30] Danielle Wiebe: well. That is amazing. And then also just the community aspect of that is so beautiful. I am so passionate about community, as you know, like we host, we host events for, and there's just nothing better than just being in person with people and like

[00:19:45] Hannah Nieves: Yeah,

[00:19:45] Danielle Wiebe: especially that the time that you launched, because it was kind of like this coming out of the pandemic and let's get together and Oh, I just, I can imagine that was such a special moment and probably a very proud moment for you, I think that's really

[00:19:59] Hannah Nieves: cool. Yeah. It was amazing. Yeah, [00:20:00] we, on our opening party, which you can't see here, but like, so this was signed by the, the state senator and you know, we had people there from across the county and it was just, It was so incredible to see it come to life, but also like on the flip side, what people didn't see is, going there every night after I've worked all day long to help my husband out.

[00:20:23] You know, ordering things during a pandemic is a hot mess express right now, as you can imagine. And there was so much work obviously that went itno building it. But it just goes back to like again, like where are you taking your brands and where are you taking yourself? And that's really what I was looking at the entire time.

[00:20:42] Danielle Wiebe: Mm. So amazing. So amazing. So I would love to ask where you're at now with like having these different brands and having like in person, having online, having these different kind of teams. Was this always a part of your vision or has it been something that's kind of a developed over time? [00:21:00]

[00:21:00] Hannah Nieves: Oh, it's developed over time. Hands down. You know, when I first started it was about freedom. It was all about freedom. You know, I came from the corporate world and I love my corporate experience. I know some people didn't have the best experience. You know, I struggled with burnout, which was a personal thing, and I actually started my business because I went into the hospital for burnout, and I always crave freedom of my day, of my money, of all the things.

[00:21:23] And when I first started, it was really for that. But now as it's grown over the past few years, it's been very clear as to like why I'm here. And for us as a brand, like going back to that redefining the way that we live and work, that's a big piece. So that's where for us, like this intersection of like home life design of real estate in person meets this online world.

[00:21:47] And that's where, and that's kind of like the, I guess, foreshadowing of all the things that we're gonna be doing in the future on, in that realm. But it took a few years to really develop what this is and where it's [00:22:00] going to.

[00:22:00] Danielle Wiebe: And what would your advice be for people who have these goals and visions? But right now it's, it's just them, right? They're, they're sitting here being like, Okay, it's me. Maybe I have a couple of people on my team or a couple contractors, but I would love to kind of build that brand and I also wanna say like, you don't have to have that vision. You can also be like super content on where you're at and wanna build your own kind of version of what success looks like to you.

[00:22:26] But if people are okay, I have this vision. I know some people, they're like, I want this big team, I want all these different things. But they're feeling stuck on knowing kind of where they're at now and thinking what, Like what is the next step?

[00:22:39] Hannah Nieves: I would first say give yourself some grace, because that's a big thing.

[00:22:42] Danielle Wiebe: Yeah.

[00:22:42] Hannah Nieves: I did not have the vision that I do now in the first year, if not two years. Okay.

[00:22:48] Danielle Wiebe: Right.

[00:22:48] Hannah Nieves: And I think that's a big thing for entrepreneurs, that we've put so much pressure that we have to have things figured out in the first three months, the first six months of business. And you have to [00:23:00] execute and you have to actually put in the work to get to that point to really realize those pieces.

[00:23:06] And I love that you mentioned too about like redefining your success. That's a big one.

[00:23:10] Danielle Wiebe: Mm-hmm.

[00:23:11] Hannah Nieves: you know, we work with people across the board. We work with, you know, mothers of five children.

[00:23:14] Danielle Wiebe: Right.

[00:23:15] Hannah Nieves: To people that are digital nomads, right. Like across the board. And I think it really just depends on like what's important to you. Like what's your lifestyle like what? And listen, if you like materialistic things and you wanna drive a nice car, whatever it is, wanna go on luxury vacations, that's cool too. Like there's nothing wrong with that. If you really prioritize, know what? I want a family, right? And I wanna have an intentional lifestyle. Very simple lifestyle. There's nothing wrong with either or. It has to be yours though.

[00:23:44] Danielle Wiebe: Yeah. So good.

[00:23:44] Hannah Nieves: And that's where I see entrepreneurs get tripped up, is that they think that, Oh, I need to have this million dollar lifestyle, or I need to do blank, blank, blank to be successful. But at the end of the day, no amount of money is gonna make you happy.

[00:23:57] You have to make sure that your [00:24:00] internally, your identity is solid, right? You know who you are because that's gonna breed, you know, bleed into every other area of business in life. Anyway, so I just wanna leave you with that because I see this happen all the time online and social media has a way of doing that because all you're seeing are the highlight reels and the beautiful pieces, you know?

[00:24:19] Danielle Wiebe: Absolutely. And I, I really love that and that's why I love having these conversations. So many different entrepreneurs on the podcast, and everyone has a very different business model and Yeah, I love that you said that, really figuring out what is in line with you, because we often just, we see someone that we admire and then all of a sudden we find ourselves saying like, Oh, well I want exactly what they have.

[00:24:43] Hannah Nieves: Mm-hmm.

[00:24:43] Danielle Wiebe: It's like, But why do you want that? Or like, Do you know what, what would be involved in actually creating that? And you know, what's like, kind of like the purpose behind that goal. And sometimes we realize like, oh, it just, it looks really cool to like have [00:25:00] that, or that's just what I admire. But you can admire someone and you can be inspired by them, but not wanna create the exact business model that they have.

[00:25:08] Like you could do something else that's more in line with your values or your what you want for your future, like you said, and I love that. So thank you for sharing. I would love for you to share what you are most proud of, of your entrepreneurial journey this far because you have been able to accomplish a lot. You have three different brands. You have, You've been able to, during a pandemic, launch, a brick and mortar event space, which is so cool and so inspiring. I would love to come see it one day.

[00:25:38] Hannah Nieves: Yes.

[00:25:39] Danielle Wiebe: But yeah. What are you most proud of?

[00:25:40] Hannah Nieves: Oh my goodness. It's like there's so many things I have to say and I don't give myself a lot of credit. I'm kind of one of those, you know, people where I downplay a lot of things and my husband's like, Hannah, you're crazy. Like I went to Necker Island this past year in May, and I remember I downplayed it so much to everyone. I was like, Oh, I'm just going [00:26:00] Necker Island. And then they say, Richard Branson's Island?

[00:26:03] Oh yeah, yeah. It's all good. And you know, for me it, I think that was a really proud moment, not just because it's richard Branson and his island. But it was just like this pivotal moment of where all the pieces came together. And I walked away with so much from that trip, which I shared on our podcast, HN House podcast, if you wanna listen to that episode, it's the best like 15 minute episode I think I put out.

[00:26:26] And I felt so much connection to my core, to my mission, to my vision after that. And that I think was the, Proudest I've ever been to myself personally, because this was after, you know, we separated out our brands, We opened up our brick and mortar, literally two months before this all happened, my, you know, my grandmother passed away. It was just like a really crazy time in life.

[00:26:47] Danielle Wiebe: Right, Right.

[00:26:48] Hannah Nieves: But all the pieces came together and. Yeah, I would say I'm most proud of that.

[00:26:54] Danielle Wiebe: So Good. And I think too, like when you have been working towards something for so [00:27:00] long and like building, I feel like you've been in this like building mode for so long and now you're able to maybe step back and maybe we have to just encourage you to do that more often.

[00:27:10] Hannah Nieves: Yeah, exactly. We all do.

[00:27:12] Danielle Wiebe: To celebrate the micro wins, but it's so, it's so easy to tell other people to do it. But then when it comes to ourself, we're. Yeah, I'll celebrate that later. Um, which is why community is so important. So yeah. That is so amazing. Thank you for sharing that. Super inspiring. And I can't wait to listen to that episode. I'm gonna go

[00:27:29] Hannah Nieves: That's good.

[00:27:29] Danielle Wiebe: Listen to that right after this. That's so great. Okay, so where can people find you if they're like, Oh my gosh, I need to be a part of Hannah's world. [00:28:08] Danielle Wiebe: I love that so much. And I'm just asking this cuz I'm curious. What's next for you? Like what,

[00:28:13] Hannah Nieves: Oh my goodness.

[00:28:14] Danielle Wiebe: Or is there anything that you're excited about coming up or just like what are you looking forward to over the next few months or, or years to come?

[00:28:22] Hannah Nieves: Ooh, so many good things. I think, you know, over the next year or 12 months, I guess we are gonna be launching something new, but not exactly what you think, so that's gonna be really fun. And I think for us, really it's just expanding and being able to provide like resources, value, and education for women to not only build iconic brands and visibility for their brands but also build generational wealth.

[00:28:49] And this is something that we've been doing in our Thrive Collective. You know, we have people come in and speak on these types of conversations in person and virtually. And this is a big component of what I want to bring to the in house [00:29:00] community because far too many times women don't talk about money.

[00:29:03] We don't talk about money, we don't talk about building generational wealth. And I wanna open up the conversation. I'm not the expert here, but I wanna bring the experts in to have these conversations. So a little bit of foreshadowing about what's to come exciting. So many good things. Yeah.

[00:29:16] Danielle Wiebe: So exciting. Well, thanks for sharing that and definitely connect with everything that Hannah's doing in her team and it's just so inspiring just to see, and I'm super excited to, to follow along myself. So thanks for being on today. I really appreciate your time and I appreciate you sharing your value with us.
